Violin, Viola, & Cello

Award-winning cellist Angelese Pepper is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) as a member of the prestigious Nightingale String Quartet and Graduate Teaching Assistant for Dr. Dmitri Atapine. She earned her Bachelor of Music Performance degree magna cum laude from Arizona State University in Spring 2018, where she studied with the renowned Belgian cellist Thomas Landschoot. Angelese has been playing music all her life, beginning on violin at age 5 and later picking up the cello, organ, viola, harpsichord, and several wind instruments. An active freelancer, she performs in venues across town, teaches privately, and plays with the local baroque-pop band Her Finest Hour. Angelese teaches beginning violin, viola, and all levels cello. She also enjoys drawing and animation, and is currently on the production team for the independant animated film, "Wolf."
