Noble Ekuma
Drums, Guitar
Noble is a modern day renaissance man from the outskirts of the infamous Houston, Texas. He grew up playing drums and piano in what used to be a small church on the edges of Old Katy.
In 2021 he started making his own musings and in 2023, the University of Houston’s Public Arts program would invite him to teach a group of students over a 2 day period in a workshop he titled: The Ohms and Ahhs; an exploration in sound, color, and language. This experience would reawaken his curiosity in teaching and his belief in the importance of self expression.
Noble graduated from WGU with a bachelors of science in Behavioral Psychology. Inspired by eastern philosophy and western psychology he works to incorporate both in a strive for balance. His practice involves not only teaching the student the instrument but, more importantly, how to express themselves through it as well.
Noble’s hobbies include live music production, visual arts and design, philosophy, literature, basketball, and Trivia. Travel and the great outdoors are becoming a new interest of his. Whether on a beach off the coast of Bali or the romantically scenic backstreets of LA, you’ll be sure to find him at home.
